- 01Yes, we do offer delivery services to all our customers. We provide both national and international delivery, ensuring your order reaches you quickly and safely. We work with reliable, fast courier partners to guarantee efficient shipping and timely delivery to your location.
- 02Delivery costs depend on several factors, including stock availability, order size, and delivery location. We always strive to minimize delivery costs, possibly by combining shipments or exploring different delivery options. We offer complimentary delivery for all domestic orders. For national and international deliveries, a delivery fee will be applied based on the specifics of the order.
- 03Delivery times depend on stock availability, product type, and delivery location. Our team will work closely with you to meet any deadlines. Estimated delivery times after payment confirmation are: Domestic Deliveries: 1-2 business days, National Deliveries: 3-5 business days, International Deliveries: 5-7 business days.
- 04We do not offer individual custom design pieces, however for many of our products we do offer options to customise different design options such as colour, material, fabric, height etc.

- 06Placing an order with us is straight forward. To order online, simply visit our website, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. After completing the required information on the checkout form and submitting your order, our sales team will generate an invoice and email it to you for your review before payment. Alternatively, you can contact one of our sales agents directly via telephone or email. They will be happy to guide you through the ordering process and assist with any inquiries you may have.
- 07For our national customers, payment is accepted via EFT or bank deposit upon order reservation, prior to the scheduling of delivery or collection. International customers are required to make payment via bank-to-bank transfer upon order reservation, before delivery or collection can be scheduled.
